In preparation for the upcoming go-live of the new YOS/COS outcomes report, a few important changes have been made to how Matchforce defines and identifies baseline surveys.

Following the completion of user acceptance testing (UAT) for the new YOS/COS outcomes report in late November, testers were surveyed on their thoughts about the new report and the testing process. Here are the thoughts of the UAT testers on this important new BBBS tool.

When the new BBBS outcomes report goes live early next year it will be accompanied by a wealth of associated training and support resources. These resources will make it easy for report users to learn how to navigate and interpret the new report.

Formal user acceptance testing of the new BBBS outcomes report was completed on November 20, 2020. This marks the on-time achievement of a significant milestone in the development of the new report.
