Developing a new outcomes report to replace the YOS/COS Infographic is no easy task. It requires exceptional expertise in the areas of database design, report development, research, and statistics. Luckily, BBBSA has two new staff members who are perfect for the job!

Let’s take a look at the new research and IT staff members who are leading the charge of developing the YOS/COS Infographic replacement report.

BBBSA has two new team members who are perfect for the job of developing a new outcomes report

    Rebecca Prozig, Project Analyst

Rebecca Prozig joined the BBBSA Research Team approximately eight months ago. Her role on the Infographic Replacement Project is to ensure the new YOS/COS outcomes report meets the rigorous standards of past BBBS outcomes reporting as well as current best practices in research and statistical analysis.

Rebecca has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology. Both her undergraduate and graduate level studies focused heavily on research and statistics. During her graduate education, Rebecca even taught statistics to undergraduate behavioral science students. Prior to working for BBBSA, Rebecca provided data management and program evaluation support for a county-level funding organization serving youth and family oriented nonprofits.

    Jennifer Bodiford, ETL Developer

Jennifer Bodiford joined the BBBSA IT Team approximately six months ago. She serves as the primary technical expert on the Infographic Replacement Project. Her project responsibilities include properly designing and configuring the new report database and working with subcontracted report developers to ensure the new outcomes report meets established BBBS research standards as well as the needs of end users.

Jennifer has a master’s degree in library information science with a focus on data organization and ease of access. She is a Microsoft Certified Database Developer and has over six years experience designing and developing SQL databases. Prior to working for BBBSA, Jennifer spent four years working as a Blackbaud Technical Consultant specializing in nonprofit database conversions.

Both Jennifer and Rebecca are instrumental in developing the new YOS/COS outcomes report. Their expertise in research, statistics, database design, and report development ensures the report that replaces the Infographic will be just what BBBS agencies need to continue to accurately measure and document the dramatic impact mentoring can have on the life of a Little.
