The YOS/COS Infographic Replacement Report project team is excited to announce the new survey outcomes report – now named the Youth and Child Outcomes Survey Report – will go live for the entire BBBS network on February 1, 2021.

The go-live of the new outcomes report will be supported by several new training materials as well as live office hours and a regularly updated online FAQ (click here to read about all of the training materials that will be available to help you learn how to use the new report).

Office hour sessions will be held on the following days from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM Eastern.

• Tuesday, February 2nd
• Thursday, February 4th
• Tuesday, February 9th
• Thursday, February 11th
• Wednesday, February 17th
• Wednesday, February 24th

Office hours sessions will be staffed by members of the BBBSA IT, Research, and Program Support teams. All BBBS staff who have questions about the new outcomes report are encouraged to attend office hours. Links to the office hour sessions will be published on the project website and on the Matchforce homepage before the new report goes live on February 1st.

In order to ease the transition to the new report, the existing YOS/COS Infographic report will not be immediately taken out of service when the new report goes live; the Infographic report will remain available for use for at least a few months after the new report goes live.
