The Redesigned YOS and COS are Live!

The day has arrived! The newly redesigned YOS and COS are live across the BBBS network!
Over the past eight months, the YOS/COS redesign team has published a lot of information to help you get ready for this day. But we do not want you to have to wade through everything that has been published to find the really important items that will best help you get through the go-live of the new surveys. So here is a short list of the most important resources to support you as the new YOS and COS go-live.
THE SURVEYS

USING OPTIONAL QUESTION SETS
The new YOS and COS allow BBBS staff to choose to include or exclude a number of optional question sets from the surveys that are administered at their agency. You can learn more about optional question sets and how to turn them on/off in Matchforce here. In addition, the instruction sheet below provides guidance on how to administer optional question sets via paper surveys.
TRAINING MATERIALS
Several new training materials are currently available to help staff learn more about the new surveys and how best to administer them, and more YOS/COS training materials will be released throughout the fall of 2020. THE GO-LIVE PROCESS
The go-live of the new YOS and COS is a bit different than traditional go-lives. Due to the manner in which Matchforce creates surveys, the go-live will be “felt” over a period of time of 4-8 weeks. Click here to learn more about the YOS/COS go-live process.
SPANISH TRANSLATION
Spanish language versions of the new surveys will be available soon and will be published on the project website and on The Learning Exchange as soon as the translation process is complete.
